Location: Waynesboro, PA

Pay: $20$26/hour (based on interview + weld test)

Shift: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints from multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lay out and fit parts prior to welding.
• Perform MIG, GMAW, and FCAW welding on:
  • Mild steel
  • Carbon steel
  • Aluminum
  • Stainless steel
  • Galvanized steel
• Grind and polish welds to meet inspection standards.
• Operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, hoists, and sit-down forklifts.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in structural steel welding.
• Ability to pass a hands-on weld test during the interview.
• Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills.
• Skilled in fabrication equipment: cutting, bending, grinding.
• Experience welding carbon steel from 1/8" to 4" using .035/.045/.052 wire.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
