?? Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $24-$27/hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

?? Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

• Implement and assist with individualized learning and behavior plans

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

• Help foster a calm, consistent, and inclusive classroom environment

• Encourage and reinforce positive behaviors and social-emotional growth

?? Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

• 1-2 years of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience (preferred)

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
