About the Role

Join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team building high-quality products that support critical infrastructure. As an Assembler, you'll work with precision tools and technical documents to ensure every product meets exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components using blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Use hand tools and torque wrenches for accurate builds
• Inspect parts for damage and verify structural integrity
• Read and interpret BOMs, drawings, and CAD files
• Perform visual inspections and troubleshoot errors
• Assemble copper bussing with correct spacing and alignment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate job progress and report part shortages or issues
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support root cause analysis

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly techniques
• Basic computer skills and ability to read CAD designs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
