This client is able to ambulate using a walker and will need assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to the following: bathing, dressing, skin care, transferring, meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Florida Drivers License with clean driving record
• Social Security Card or passport
• Auto Insurance

• TB Test
• Level II Background Screen
