Doximity Talent Solutions has partnered with a leading health system on the Central Coast of California to search for a Regional Medical Director of Hematology and Oncology to lead oncology services across Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties. Position Qualifications

• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
• Active California Medical License or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to obtain a DEA and CA Controlled Substance License
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
• A well-spoken, innovative, and passionate approach to patient care and team management
