Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician or locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday -Friday clinic visits for about 8-9 hours between 8am and 5pm and every 5th weekend call.

· Practice Setting: outpatient

· Type of cases and required procedures: General Hematology - Oncology cases

· Credentialing timeframe: 0-90 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

· Certifications required: Board Eligible

· Licensure required: Licensed in Wisconsin or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
