Insight Global is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for it's technology consulting client in Houston that will be responsible for providing tier 1 customer support for a range of IT-related issues. This will be a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days/week onsite in West Houston near Katy/Cinco Ranch. There's a tremendous amount of growth opportunity with this client as the reason this role is open was an internal promotion.
Key duties include troubleshooting Computer hardware/Software issues, iPhones/iPads and Mifi devices, Mac OS, applications, networks, and operating systems. This role involves delivering IT training to new hires, maintaining IT documentation, managing onsite hardware inventory, and ensuring computers are updated with current Microsoft updates and security software. The analyst will also create new hire accounts in AD Manager and handle account and equipment termination procedures when employees leave. Issues that require advanced expertise are escalated to appropriate personnel.

Required Skills & Experience
• College Degree a Plus but High School Diploma or GED acceptable with IT Experience
• Minimum 2-years IT Support experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
