Job Description

A leading construction company is looking for Heavy Equipment operators to join the team and assist with a mass grading project on a civil construction site in Lincoln, NE. The company is looking for operators to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including tractors, CAT 627 Belly scrapers, and Ashland pan scrapers.

• Handle other machinery such as dozers, excavators, track loaders, motor graders, front end loaders, and skid steers once initial tasks are completed.

• Ensure safe and efficient equipment operation by following site protocols and safety standards.

Essential Skills

• Ability to run equipment such as dozers, excavators, track loaders, front end loaders, and skid steers.

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including tractors and scrapers.

• At least 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience running dozers, excavators, track loaders, front end loaders, skid steers, and motor graders is a bonus.

• OSHA 10 certification will be provided.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
