Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Location: Green Cove Springs

Schedule: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Pay: $25$33/hour (based on experience)

We are hiring skilled and mechanically inclined technicians to join our growing team! If you enjoy working hands-on with heavy equipment, traveling to different job sites, and being part of a team that keeps foundational rigs running strong this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

• Perform service, repair, and preventative maintenance on foundational rigs and heavy equipment both in the shop and out in the field.
• Assemble and set up equipment, including training contractors on proper operation and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs on returned rental equipment to ensure readiness for the next deployment.
• Work on a variety of systems including diesel hammers, vibratory hammers, hydraulic drop hammers, and power packs.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and diesel engines.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Skilled in preventive maintenance, assembly, and component replacement (motors, filters, cylinders, etc.).
• Comfortable using tools up to " drive and wrenches up to 2"; specialty tools provided.
• Welding experience and multimeter use are a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn training is available!

• Bauer rigs (electronic signal to hydraulic control)
• Kelly bars, gearboxes, KDKs
• Small rotary motor units
• Hydraulic top drive units

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
