Location: On-Site

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 a year

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Civil Estimator to join our dynamic team. This position allows you to contribute to exciting and challenging projects with a tight knit, experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take-offs from plans.
• Project costs and material costs.
• Prequalification submittals, schedules and other submittals required for bids.
• Researching projects out for bid.
• Staying up to date on projects coming up for bid.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Engineering/Business or related field preferred.
• Years of experience will be accepted in place of degree.
• 3+ years in project management, site development experience preferred
• Customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to lead project teams
• Strong financial management/budgeting skills.
