Required Education and Experience:

• RN- Bachelor's degree, Pharmacist-Doctorate of Pharmacy
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and/or Doctorate of Pharmacy

Required Licensure and Certifications:

• Nursing license, Pharmacist license
• BLS

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training:

• BSN or Master's Degree
• Doctorate of Pharmacy Certification in specialty or related area preferred.
