Healthcare Customer Support Specialist

Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ

Starting Pay: $17.42/hr plus $1,000+ in potential bonuses!

Schedule: Limited-Service Full-Time positions available

Site Hours: 24/7 center; targeted start date, hours, and schedule to be discussed with recruiter

Evening and night shifts are highly desirable with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support for inquiries across various channels (phone, email, web chat, etc.).
• Use computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
• Deliver timely, courteous responses to calls with adherence to scripted instructions.
• Assist callers in completing online applications and ensure proper submission.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and regulations.
• Report issues encountered in our systems.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Fluency in English with clear communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime and during holidays as needed.
• On-site work is essential for this position; remote opportunities may be available after one year based on performance.
