Position Details:

• Location: On-site in Hattiesburg, MS
• Base Pay: $15.00 per hour plus bonuses earning potential of $1,000+!
• Schedule: Full-time with flexible schedule options available.
• Site Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.; specifics will be discussed with the recruiter.
• Nights Preferred: We offer a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Essential Duties:

• Provide courteous and professional customer service for routine inquiries through various communication channels.
• Utilize our computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting.
• Assist customers with online applications and follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client regulations and report issues as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage simultaneous tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to participate in required training programs.
