What You'll Do:

• Welcome and support patients, families, and surgical staff as the central communication hub of the OR.
• Coordinate patient flow, procedures, and testing with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage scheduling, and ensure timely order entry.
• Support daily operations by keeping supplies, charts, and documentation organized and up to date.
• Be a valued resource to your teamtraining new staff, troubleshooting workflow issues, and helping create a calm, focused environment for care.

High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Knowledge of medical terminology and computer applications. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Completion of a Certified Health Unit Secretary course preferred.
