Health Insurance Call Center Representative - Weekly Pay

***This position is fully in-person on Oahu***
*Schedule: *Monday-Friday, daytime
*Location:* Ala Moana or Kapolei
*Description*
* Assist customers in a timely and accurate manner through phone interactions.
* Maintain performance standards for quantity, timeliness, accuracy, and quality while responding to inquiries.
* Conduct research for routine inquiries and apply basic analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
* Manage inventory of inquiries and coordinate with departments.
* Resolve customer interactions by documenting and closing cases.
* Collaborate with peers, management, and other business areas to ensure accurate and quality resolutions while adhering to performance guidelines.
* Service customers through various channels, including written or online inquiries, in-person interactions, or off-line data and project work.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
