We're hiring Production Workers to join a busy industrial bakery in South San Francisco! If you've worked in a restaurant or on an assembly line, you'll be a great fit. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Hablamos espaol aplica ya!

What You'll Do

• Help prepare and assemble bakery products.
• Follow food safety rules (HACCP & GMP).
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Stack and organize cases and pallets correctly.
• Stay on schedule to meet production goals.
• Be on time and ready to work every day.
• Report any food safety or quality concerns.
• Operate bakery equipment (manual & automated).
• Work overtime when needed (sometimes on short notice).
• Communicate with your team and supervisors.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in food service or assembly line work is a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
• Basic math and English skills.
• Comfortable working in a bakery setting (some areas may be warm or cold).
• Willing to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, overtime).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
