Eau Claire Golf & Country Club is delighted to announce an exciting career opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant. We are seeking qualified candidates who thrive in a hospitality environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Pay: $7.75 + tips Duties and responsibilities: Must have a strong customer/guest orientation, prioritizing positive interactions and experiences. Must be dependable, ensuring reliable and consistent performance in all assigned tasks. Ability to learn and aid the enforcement of course policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a smooth member experience. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions for accurate task execution. Maintains a professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of the golf operations team. Ensures golf carts are clean and available for member and guest use at all times, contributing to a seamless golf experience. Cleans and maintains the cart and bag storage areas, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the golf facilities. Maintains driving range and short-game area standards throughout the day. Performs other duties as assigned by the Golf Professionals, contributing to the overall success of the golf operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting an inviting golf atmosphere, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for members and guests.

Requirements Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height. Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Repetitive motion required including computer entry. Must be able to operate a golf car in a safe manner. Normal vision and hearing required.
