Our client, a leading organization in property management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated GroundsKeeper to join their team. As a GroundsKeeper, you will be an essential part of the Facilities team supporting the upkeep and beautification of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: GroundsKeeper

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Maintain outdoor grounds by mowing, trimming, and landscaping to ensure a clean and attractive environment.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of outdoor areas, including planting, watering, and debris removal.
• Assist with snow or debris removal at entryways during seasonal weather conditions.
• Support the upkeep of outdoor equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests related to outdoor spaces from management or tenants.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb ladders as needed.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
