GRILL SERVER (FULL TIME)

Server Position

Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a server position.

Location: Irvington, VA

Schedule: M-F 11-7:30pm, rotating weekends/holidays

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary

Assists servers with various dining room activities. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
• The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steam tables.
• The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
