Grain Elevator Operator

A regional agricultural company in Central Nebraska is searching for a Grain Elevator Operator! You will be the driving force behind meeting and exceeding production goals. You'll work closely with the Plant Manager to ensure smooth operations, timely output, and high-quality standards across the facility. This hands-on leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage day-to-day production and warehouse activities
• Supervise and mentor a team of production, quality, and maintenance employees
• Ensure compliance with food/feed safety standards and company policies
• Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

What We're Looking For:

• Proven operations experience and leadership skills - preferably in ag, feed or food related production
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Must relocate to facility site in central Nebraska!

What We Offer:

• Salary of $62,000-$72,000 per year
