GOS Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager oversees the finance and accounting operations for a critical Global Occupier Services account at Cushman & Wakefield. Collaborating closely with account management, they ensure exceptional client service delivery and the successful implementation of corporate real estate strategies. Leading a dedicated team, their responsibilities include managing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closures, as well as overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and annual budgeting processes.

Responsibilities include: serving as a point of contact for clients, addressing client concerns, partnering with account leadership, establishing finance related priorities, developing solutions to overcome business challenges, ensuring data integrity and compliance, conducting training sessions, providing mentorship, monitoring team performance, and preparing monthly financial reports.

Standard requirements include: a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and procurement services, CPA/MBA preferred, knowledge in financial accounting in commercial real estate, experience managing employees and multi-disciplinary teams, exceptional delegation skills, strong client relationship management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer systems.

Compensation: $97,750.00 - $115,000.00
