At The Goddard School of Hazlet, we are passionate about early childhood education and providing a joyful, nurturing environment where children can thrive. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced teacher to join our team and help shape the learning journeys of our young students.

About You

• You have experience working in early childhood education (infant, toddler, or preschool), ideally in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• You hold (or are working toward) a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• You are passionate about creating a warm, engaging classroom that supports each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development
• You are a team player who communicates well with colleagues and families and is committed to ongoing professional growth

Your Core Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that align with The Goddard School's curriculum
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and well-organized classroom environment
• Build meaningful connections with families, sharing updates on each child's progress and partnering to support their success
