What You Will Do

• Collaborate with our alliance partner on numerous fronts
• Produce and optimize the annual Brand Plan
• Further develop and refine the long-term strategic plan for Tezspire
• Partner to create launch plans for new indications
• Establish the global yearly budget
• Provide input regarding market research activities
• Strategize on future LCM prioritization
• Provide input into the tezepelumab forecast revisions consistent with strategy
• Provide early input to the Amgen Product Team on commercial-related issues
• Provide input into the respiratory component of the company\'s therapeutic area strategy

Basic Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience
• Or Masters degree and 6 years of marketing experience
• Or Bachelors degree and 9 years of marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with strong management skills
• Successful strategic brand management experience
• Highly effective influencing skills
• Executive presence and the ability to present and tell a story
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across the matrix; superior cross-functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and gather insights across customer groups with capacity to make decisions/recommendations
• Excellent written, analytical and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze a business problem and develop an appropriate strategy
• Strong business judgment and emotional intelligence
• Demonstrated flexibility to work within a fast-changing environment and cope with ambiguity
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and partners
• Act as a role model for others in line with Amgen
