Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with experience in Geriatric Medicine, Palliative Care or Hospice to join a collegial team of Hospitalists with Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, the largest and one of the most comprehensive tertiary care facilities in Arizona. Clinical responsibilities for this opportunity include working in collaboration with a team of hospitalist physicians to admit, manage, and discharge hospitalized patients of all acuity levels.

Opportunity Details:

• Hours and shifts: 10hr 4xweek or 12hr 3xweek.
• Call: no overnight call.
• No night shifts
• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and pharmacy plans
• 401K Plan with 4% match after one year
• CME days plus allowance
• Paid Malpractice

Requirements:

• New grads are okay; acute care experience is preferred. Any experience in geriatrics or palliative medicine is preferred.
• Current State of Arizona RN license or in process
• Certification as a NP or PA
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
