• Utilizing your background in management, marketing, sales, or service to lead effectively.
• Motivating, coaching, and inspiring team members, including having tough conversations when necessary.
• Driving yourself and your team to meet sales bonus goals.
• Fostering a positive workplace culture by supporting team goals and building relationships.
• Establishing and growing relationships with members and guests to retain clients.
• Enrolling new guests into our Wellness Program and explaining its benefits.
• Providing outstanding customer service, including greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls, addressing concerns, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Addressing client issues positively and educating clients on the benefits of regular body care.
• Upholding Massage Envy's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.

Job Requirements:

• Reliability and dependability as a team player.
• Ability to train and coach sales associates.
