Job Overview

We're hiring General Production Workers to support daily operations at our precast cement facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in cleanliness and safety, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized production area by following daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
• Wash and sanitize pans, tools, and equipment to meet hygiene standards.
• Sweep and clear debris to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Assist with material handling, moving supplies and finished products.
• Support production teams with basic assembly and setup tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective gear.

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

You'll be working in a construction-like setting with industrial machinery and materials. Expect exposure to dust, noise, and seasonal temperature changes. Safety and teamwork are top priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $25.00/hr.
