Role Overview:

Schedule: 3.5 days a week within Monday to Friday
Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
Prescribe and manage medications
Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

Hold a valid full PMHNP license
Active TX license
Active DEA preferred but not required
Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation:
Expected compensation salary range of $87,000 to $125,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential.
