General Manager Truss Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at a truss manufacturing facility. This key leadership role oversees production, safety, staffing, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, a hands-on leadership style, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of operations, including production, sales, purchasing, inventory, safety, and customer service.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, maintain profitability, and improve efficiency.
• Establish and monitor financial, operational, and sales goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Ensure quality standards, on-time delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and lead team members while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.
• Serve as an advocate for the company's mission, values, and community presence.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in truss/component manufacturing or a related construction industry.
• Strong background in sales, operations, and financial management, including P&L responsibility.
• Working knowledge of construction standards, codes, contracts, and lean manufacturing practices.
