Responsibilities

• Create strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Drive sales through marketing and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry managing high-volume outlets.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Understanding of business operations and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
