General Manager

Overview

As a General Manager, you will be the expert in creating legendary experiences for guests. You will oversee local restaurant marketing, Profit and Loss results, and ensure that the restaurant is at the top of its game. You will lead and develop your restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. You will also oversee all community connection and fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Salary: $63,200 - $94,800 per year. The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
