Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and coach staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Manage daily operations including inventory, staffing, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Drive sales through marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze financial performance and implement improvements.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe, clean workplace.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry managing high-volume locations.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Understanding of business operations and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
