General Manager 4 - Food & Nutrition Services

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food & Nutrition Services for MedStar Union Memorial Hospital located in Baltimore, MD. We have evolved from a 20-bed to a 223-bed hospital with more than 2,500 employees and a medical staff of more than 620 physicians.

What You'll Do

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations
• Successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff
• Deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
• Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
