As General Manager, you'll be fully responsible for overseeing all aspects of this client account, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and a best-in-class guest experience. You'll need to be client-savvy, customer-service oriented, and experienced in retail food operations, with the strategic mindset to balance both company and client goals.

What You'll Do

1. Lead daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality
2. Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints
3. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
4. Oversee team development, staffing, and performance management
