Sodexo Senior Living has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager 3, Food to lead our food service team at St. Anne Home located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. St. Anne Home is a faith-based facility focused on providing spiritual, social, and emotional support in addition to the level of care that is specific to the residents' individual needs. The General Manager will report to the District Manager and manage one manager and approximately 30 hourly employees. The General Manager will oversee dining operations serving approximately 150 residents, mainly skilled care and personal care. A dietary manager certification (CDM) or equivalent is needed.

1. Have oversight of daily dining operations;
2. Mentor and build a team;
3. Deliver high quality food service;
4. Implement Sodexo systems and programs, and oversee training of staff;
5. Continuously evaluate service to ensure resident and client satisfaction;
6. Drive employee engagement and resident satisfaction through strong leadership skills;
7. Integrate fully within our client's organization and be a trusted advisor with a customer service focus;
8. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
9. Create a positive environment; and
10. Ensure Sodexo Standards are met.

What You Bring

• Three or more years prior food service management experience ideally in a healthcare environment;
• Dietary manager certification (CDM) or equivalent is needed;
• A work history demonstrating strong leadership and hospitality skills and the ability to work collaboratively;
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
• Knowledge of compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards;
• The ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
• Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
