They serve clients in almost 10 different states and handle cases such as insurance defense, business litigation, workers compensation, personal injury and more. They are looking for a senior associate to add to their Nashville office!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience preferably in premises liability, personal injury, general liability, etc.
• Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including premises liability, bodily injury, and general liability claims
• Handle all phases of litigation from pre-suit through trial
• Conduct depositions, hearings, motion practice, and trials
• Collaborate closely with senior partners, clients, and support staff on case strategy and resolution
• Licensed in Tennessee
