General Labor Worker

Immediately hiring in the Philadelphia, PA area for general labor workers/yard workers for a metal manufacturing company. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to perform general labor duties in an outdoor environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with a team. Having prior construction, general labor, or warehouse background will be a good fit for this role. This is a full time, long term opportunity, and offers weekly pay!

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties such as sweeping and picking up debris.
• Move materials to appropriate areas within the yard.
• Assist workers in their areas and help remove misplaced materials as needed.
• Interact with customers in the yard and assist them as required.
• Operate a forklift after proper training, if applicable.
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to perform general labor functions in an outdoor environment.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and wet conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to interact positively with customers and team members.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
