General Dentist Opportunity - Federally Qualified Health Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Dentist to join our well-established Community Health Center in Northwest Iowa . Our practice plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care to the community, with a special focus on underserved populations.

• Serve a diverse patient population , including children and adults with significant barriers to dental care.
• Be part of a mission-driven team at the only dental clinic in the region accepting Medicare.
• Work in a modern facility with 7 operatories , 1 experienced dentists , 1 hygienist , and a supportive team of registered and trainee dental assistants .
• Enjoy no call schedule and a full patient load , with patients traveling up to an hour for our services.

• Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule
• Average patient volume: 10-12 per day
• Competitive base salary: Starting at $190K with additional incentives.
