• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Montana
• Open to candidates at all experience levels, including those requiring visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B)

• Base salary ranging from $180,000 to $250,000
• Generous PTO package : 120 hours of vacation and 80 hours of sick leave annually
• 12 paid holidays , including New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
• Continuing Education : $3,000 annual allowance plus 40 hours of paid CE time
• NHSC loan repayment eligibility
