GEHC - Production Technician III

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and medical device industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team responsible for the assembly, refurbishment, and repair of ultrasound machines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Noblesville, IN

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 1st Shift (Days, 5:00AM - 3:30 PM or 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday-Thursday; occasional Friday overtime may be required)

What's the Job?

• Support the manufacture, configuration, refurbishment, and repair of Ultrasound machines

• Disassemble, clean, and repair system components, replacing damaged parts as needed

• Perform system diagnostics and functional tests to verify proper operation

• Record test results and update Device History Records accurately

• Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve manufacturing processes and product quality

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English to assemble/repair

• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team with varied responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a solid work ethic

• Excellent time management skills and a desire to learn and grow
