Position Type : Permanent - Hospital Employed

EMR : Epic

Call : 1:5 city call that is shared with other providers

Additional Info :

• 2 GI Hospitalists, 7 Outpatient Gastroenterologists, 4 Colorectal Surgeons, and 14 Advanced Practice Providers
• individual clinical autonomy combined with the efficiency of a multi-specialty group practice
• Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation
• Opportunity to teach Internal Medicine residents

Job Requirements :

• Unrestricted IL License
• BE/BC in Gastroenterology

Responsibilities

• Provide gastroenterology clinical care in a hospital-employed setting in Urbana, IL.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team including GI hospitalists, outpatient gastroenterologists, colorectal surgeons, and advanced practice providers.
• Participate in an opportunity to teach Internal Medicine residents.
• Potential for academic and/or research affiliation.
• Maintain individual clinical autonomy within a multi-specialty group practice.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted IL Medical License
• BE/BC in Gastroenterology
