The Functional Program Manager will manage and support Outreach and Relationship Management and Mission Engagement and Operations Planning activities. Specific responsibilities include:

• Developing, maintaining, delivering, and executing a comprehensive plan for customer outreach and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Defining the plans, processes, and methods for managing coordination and communications with the stakeholder community
• Supporting both broad and targeted stakeholder coordination and communications of relevant activities, schedules, testing, and service capabilities, to increase awareness customer confidence, and to improve customer satisfaction levels
• Developing the plans, processes, tools, and techniques to collect user feedback and customer satisfaction (e.g., surveys, questionnaires); analyze and assess results; identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement; and report results and recommendations back to the customer
• Supporting the critical linkage between customer mission planning and IT support planning to include understanding mission operations and needs, mission owner element testing prior to deployment, and user feedback mechanisms
• Analyzing operational performance measurements and associated trends to ensure services meet customer missions, goals, and objectives

Required qualifications:

• Currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance
• Years of experience required with degree: BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7

Preferred qualifications:

• PMP certification

We are seeking a Functional Program Manager to support the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). This analyst will play an important role helping to build a flexible and responsive IT environment that meets NCTC's evolving and changing mission priorities.

The work environment and physical demands are as follows:

• Location: Chantilly, Virginia primarily with occasional travel within the National Capital Region (NCR)
• Type of environment: Varies
• Noise level: Low
• Work schedule: "Normal work hours" constitute on average 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week (excluding breaks and meal periods) within standard operational hours occurring 0600-1800, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
• Amount of Travel: 20%

Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
