Fullstack Java Developer (Charlotte or Plano)

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Fullstack Java Developer to join their team. As a Fullstack Java Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative financial crime prevention solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain applications within the Global Financial Crimes environment
• Collaborate closely with business partners to define requirements and ensure acceptance criteria are met
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java and Angular technologies
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Partner with multiple technology teams to implement architecture and facilitate migration to strategic platforms

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of full stack application development experience in Java
• At least 4 years of experience with Angular framework
• Strong core Java skills including multi-threading, collections API, JDBC, and profiling tools
• Knowledge of performance tuning for data-intensive applications
• Experience working within agile development methodologies
