Full-Time Warehouse Associate - Lean Replenishment 3rd Shift

Shift Hours: 12:00am-8:15am (Monday-Friday)

Your Role: As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will vary across six key areas:

• Material Handling Equipment Operator: Safely operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks to manage products weighing up to 100 lbs while adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Warehouse Porter: Maintain cleanliness and perform basic maintenance within the facility, utilizing material handling equipment as necessary.
• Warehouse Replenishment: Engage in picking and moving products via various equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
• Receiving/Putaway/Returns: Confirm product accuracy, address discrepancies, and unload trucks, while operating required equipment safely.
• Returns Processing: Handle returned items by checking packing slips and organizing products while using material handling equipment responsibly.
• Shipping: Organize and shrink-wrap customer orders, manually loading trucks and maintaining a clean work environment.

As an essential team member, you may be required to transition between these roles based on business needs. Your commitment to safety will be paramount in this position.

What You Bring:

• Certification or ability to become certified to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Willingness to maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborative mindset to foster strong relationships with team members and resolve issues.
• Ability to quickly adopt and promote safety procedures.
• Comfort working in a warehouse setting with changing temperatures.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of three months' experience in a warehouse role or a combination of relevant training and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screening as per legal requirements.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work additional hours based on business needs.
• Able to work at heights of up to 60 feet as needed.
• Capacity to lift, push, or pull items weighing between 70 to 100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or relevant work experience.
• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or cherry pickers, is advantageous.
