Full-Time School Social Worker

RCM Health Care is seeking a dedicated Full-Time School Social Worker to join our team in Dearborn, MI. Immediate interviews available!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master of Social Work degree (MSW).
• State of Michigan approval as a school social worker.
• Experience working in a school setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team process.
• Proven ability to work effectively with staff, students, and families.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with families, educational staff, and community agencies to coordinate essential programs and services for students.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Provide individual and small group support to students.
• Develop and promote Positive Behavior Intervention Supports.
• Offer information, referral services, and follow-up to families and students regarding community resources.

SCHEDULE:

• Full Time for the School Year, following the academic calendar, with a long-term assignment from 8/25 to 11/28.
