About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to deliver individualized care to our residents. This includes:

• Assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Management of resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions.
• Possible charge nurse duties, including delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.

Maintain professional standards as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and uphold the ethical code of nursing as per the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred).
• Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Commitment to maintaining required competencies and certifications.
