We are seeking a skilled RN or LPN to join our Plasma Donation Center!

About the Role:

• Conduct physical examinations and record medical histories to assess donor suitability.
• Build rapport with donors to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain confidentiality for both donors and staff.
• Inform donors about any potential hazards related to the donation process.
• Educate donors on general health and address any counseling needs regarding test results.
• Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events.
• Assess donor health history for continued suitability.
• Assist with employee training.
• Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a licensed and certified RN or LPN in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Physical Attributes:

• Ability to perform both standing and sitting tasks for 2 to 4 hours daily.
• Frequent bending and twisting of the neck.
• Must possess good hand dexterity and coordination.
• Occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs, maximum 50 lbs).
• Good hearing acuity and visual perception are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions independently.
• Work may involve exposure to various biological fluids and infectious organisms.
• Personal protective equipment must be worn in certain conditions.
