Your Responsibilities:

Administer physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state practice guidelines
Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluations and referrals
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation to meet all regulatory standards
Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and current

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Excellent communication and organizational skills
