Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients experiencing mobility, strength, balance, and functional challenges
- Develop and execute individualized care plans
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards
- Ensure that all required physician orders are current and accurate
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- New graduates are welcome! Mentorship is available
