Full-Time Lead Store Associate

This position offers:

• Full-Time Employment
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour with scheduled increases over the years

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Providing product feedback and recommendations to management
• Allocating resources and delegating tasks efficiently
• Supervising staff compliance with customer satisfaction and cleanliness standards
• Resolving operational customer concerns
• Identifying and rectifying safety hazards
• Merchandising products effectively
• Participating in inventory counts
• Assisting with product ordering when necessary
• Leading and mentoring new employees
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register effectively and safely handle equipment
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
