Full-Time Hybrid Associate Clinical Social Worker (LCSW Candidate)

Thriveworks is actively seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing California Licensure as an LCSW to join our team. This position allows for a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions.

This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

What We're Seeking
We are looking for dedicated provisionally licensed clinicians in California who are eager to create a positive impact and develop professionally. Specifically, we are interested in:

• Availability for full-time work (30 hours/week - minimum of 25 client visits and 5 hours for administrative tasks including supervision meetings).

• Behavioral health generalists ready to work with couples and children, with our guidance.

• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while valuing team collaboration.

• A strong commitment to integrity, openness, and delivering quality care.

• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location, with the ability to work onsite during the probationary period and then shift to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).

• Flexibility in your work schedule.

Qualifications:

• Must live in California and be pursuing licensure in the state where services are provided.

• A graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program.

• Approved by the board as an ACSW.

• Experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.

• Preferred experience conducting intakes and diagnosing independently (per DSM-5) under the supervision of a licensed professional.

Compensation:
Up to $59,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and potential bonuses.
